The metalized surface greatly reduces radiant heat transfer, keeping your product at a desirable temperature during transport. The bubbles and poly prevent conduction and convection heat transfer while the foil reflects 97% of the radiant heat. Durable seams. Self-Sealing with hot melt glue.

Heavy duty padded envelopes with strong seams and self sealing.

LIGHT-WEIGHT for saving postal cost. Multipurpose packing envelope.
HIGH-SLIP smooth bubble cushioning materials allow faster, easier product insertion. Cushion mailers are made from foil with the cushioning of sturdy clear bubble lining 3/16".
HEAVY DUTY: Extra tuff turtle shell for ultimate protection. Outstanding insulation pouch for temperature sensitive products. Sided protection approx 1/2 inches fins. Thick well-padded shipping envelopes will protect your delicate shipment from breakage and damage. Packaging mailers are resistant to tearing and puncturing.
SEAMLESS BOTTOM affords additional cushioning protection along with greater overall strength and safety.
SECURE PACKAGE: convenient self-seal closure while forming a water-resistant. While being opaque the exterior film keeps the contents invisible. Pressure sensitive adhesive. Packing mailers have heat-bonded very strong tamper proof seals which provide safe shipping.
How to ship items fresh and cool in thermal insulated mailers:
1) Try to keep your temperature-sensitive products in a refrigerator before shipping.
2) Use dry ice or gel packs for better insulation and avoid using traditional ice because ice will melt.
3) Ship temperature-sensitive items quickly to minimize transit time.
UPS /FedEx / other expedited shipping service/ overnight shipping with a maximum transit time of 30-40 hours is recommended. Do not ship on Fridays or holidays to avoid potential weekend warehouse stays.
4) Avoid storage & shipping under direct sunlight.
5) Notify the receiver of the package to pick up it from a porch / front door as soon as the package dropped off by a courier.
Condition of your delivered product depends on variations in transit time, weather, handling methods etc.
Customer Service & Returns
Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-6:30pm EST.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products if the item(s) are unused, unopened, in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. Items must not be defaced (e.g. no handwriting or other marks on packaging). We will arrange & pay for return shipping on any item that we shipped incorrectly. Return shipping fees incurred by purchaser will not be reimbursed. Returns must use shipping label(s) we provide.
Please submit a return request for a return authorization number (RA). The RA number will prevent any further delay with the return process. Please remember to keep all the original packaging and documentation in the event your item(s) needs to be returned or exchanged. If your return is not eligible for return under this policy or otherwise does not comply with this policy, you will be notified and no credit or refund will be issued and your products will not be returned to you.

Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
We may ship each product separately from different warehouses for expedited delivery as we utilize alternative warehouses across the Continental United States Two business day handling. This excludes weekends and shipping holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or shipping holiday will ship the next business day.
