Professional-grade high-quality leather surcingle for horse training, black... fits small and large sized horses. I've had it on an Arabian pony as well as a large Quarter Horse. I only used it for long-lining, although it's appropriate for all kinds of line driving.
Measurements are:
top part with rings - 54 inches
billets - 14 inches each
bottom part - 14 inches
Very sturdy leather in sound working condition. The billet straps are a little stretched, though, and will need replacement eventually.
It's hard to find surcingles of this quality these days. I think this one is Amish made. There's no maker's stamp on it, though.
