PAYMENT/SHIPPING
Prompt payment is appreciated and most orders are sent out the same day, depending on the time of day we receive it.
Orders received before 10am PST, on most days, will go out the same day.
We do not ship on the weekends & national holidays.
We will make up to 3 attempts to collect payment, for orders that haven't been paid. After the 3rd attempt an Unpaid Item Claim will be filed.
Unpaid orders will be held for 3 days, including day of being sold. Paid orders can be held for 7 days.
